Lure of the flames
My names John and this is my business Smoke Tin Kitchen. Having spent the last 15 years working in restaurants, gastropubs and hotels I finally decided to go solo. My career has seen me rise through the ranks of the professional kitchen and taken me all over the south of England and further afield working in many Rosette and Michelin stars along the way. Now I want to pursue a more manual and primal approach to cooking whilst using all the knowledge I've learnt over the years. I've always had a passion for BBQ. It started with learning to smoke and grill on my Weber and has progressed into cooking with fire and smoke in many different ways. Hopefully at Smoke Tin Kitchen we look forward to cooking for you soon.
